Decree No 21/2014 which transposed Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer
(consumer), if not satisfied with the products purchased online on the website
www.lyrics.it, can return them and obtain a refund of the price already paid at
the time of advance payment. The Professional Customer cannot exercise the
right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made
at our store.
Return shipping/insurance costs
are at the customer's expense and risk.
The Customer has the right to
withdraw from the contract and request the withdrawal, within 14 days of
receiving the product. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day
on which the customer acquires physical possession of the product.
Warning: if the product and its
packaging are not intact and complete with everything delivered, the right of
withdrawal cannot be exercised. That's why it is advisable to open the products
with great care when they are received and to keep all the original packaging
for at least 14 days.

The Lyrics Audio team will take
charge of the request and will send an acknowledgment of receipt by e-mail and
will get in touch with the customer to agree on the shipping method of the
product.
All products must be returned in
the same condition in which they were delivered. The products must therefore be
returned intact, unused and in the original packaging. If such products are
found to be used or unlabeled, Lyrics Audio will not be able to process the
return.
If the customer does not comply
with these instructions for the return procedure, Lyrics Audio. reserves the
right to refuse the return of the product.
Information on how to refund
Lyrics Audio will refund within
14 days from the date of receipt of the product at our headquarters in via
Fregene 4A – 00183 – Rome - Italy.
For purchases made by bank
transfer, Lyrics Audio will refund by bank transfer.
For purchases made through
PayPal, the refund will be made by crediting the customer's PayPal account.
