OWNERSHIP OF THE SITE

The website www.lyrics.it (hereinafter the Site) is owned by Lyrics Audio by AUDIO LEGEND Srl (VAT number 15520161009), with registered office in via Georges Sorel 7 - 00177 - Rome, and is aimed at the sale of products on line. APPLICABLE LAW The purchase and sale of products and services by electronic means is governed by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) on distance selling with consumers, and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on electronic commerce. The sales contract stipulated between the Customer and Lyrics Audio will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

By placing an order according to the various methods provided on the Site, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed below. These general conditions of sale, together with the conditions regarding the methods of delivery and payment of the goods, form an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Customer and Lyrics Audio. Therefore Lyrics Audio invites you to carefully read these general conditions of sale, to print them or in any case to keep a copy.

PURCHASE METHOD

The Customer can purchase the products visible at lyrics.it, illustrated on the homepage of the Site within the respective sections by product category, as described in the relevant information sheets.

The products published on the site can be:

• "immediate availability" physically in the store and therefore, as such, can be ordered immediately, while stocks last, at our warehouse. In this case, we will immediately communicate the unavailability of the purchased goods and the refund of the amount paid;

• "available in X days" physically not in store, but available from our suppliers. The product will be delivered to the customer following its retrieval from the supplier, unless stocks are exhausted or the product ordered will be out of production, which therefore makes it impossible to find it. In this case we will immediately communicate the unavailability of the purchased goods and the refund of the amount paid;

• "Not available" therefore not in store. Call for arrangements.

REGISTERED CUSTOMERS

When the purchase is made, the customer has the possibility to choose the delivery and payment method of the product he prefers. Currently, for purchases made directly on the website www.lyrics.it, the accepted forms of payment are in cash, upon delivery of the product to our store, Pay Pal, or by bank transfer.

The acceptance of the order by Lyrics Audio is confirmed by sending a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer when registering on the Site.

Lyrics Audio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept the order.

The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data in the order confirmation email and to promptly report any errors or omissions to Lyrics Audio.

The order confirmation email contains the following data:

• Order number and date

• Product (s), quantity, price

• Type of payment chosen

• Cost of Transportation

• Total order amount

PRICES

The sales prices of the products published on the Site include VAT and WEEE Eco-contributions. The prices of the products included in the categories Floor loudspeakers, Support loudspeakers and Surround loudspeakers, unless otherwise specified, are per pair.

JURISDICTION

For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and termination of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who purchases the products not for purposes related to his professional activity) the territorial jurisdiction mandatory is the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer himself, if located in Italy (Article 63 of Legislative Decree 205/2006).

CONDITIONS

These general conditions of sale will remain valid and effective until they are modified and / or integrated by Lyrics Audio. 

Any changes and / or additions will be effective from the date of publication of the same on the lyrics.it website.
