Shipping Methods & Costs

The products purchased from Lyrics Audio are shipped after the payment made with PayPal or, in case of payment by bank transfer, after the bank transfer has been credited. The courier used for shipping may vary depending on the product to be shipped. The couriers used for international shipments are UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX.

The preparation of shipments takes place every day, with the exception of Sundays, public holidays and Monday mornings due to the closure of the shop, which reopens on Monday afternoon at 15:30.

The amounts for shipments for countries included in Zone 1 are: up to €100,00 is €50,00, from €100,00 to €500,00 is €70,00, from €500,00 to €1000,00 is €100,00, from €1000,00 to €5000,00 is €200,00, from €5000,00 to €10000,00 is €300,00. For amounts over €10000.00 the cost is €500,00.

The goods are shipped directly from Lyrics Audio with the original packaging. The times given for delivery times are approximate and not contract-binding for Lyrics Audio. The delivery of goods takes place at the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered, including the seals closing.

Any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages, must be immediately reported to the carrier making the delivery. Once signed the document courier without reservation, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of the goods .

Problems of the products received must be reported no later than 7 days after delivery.
