How to pay

Currently, for purchases made directly on the www.lyrics.it website, the accepted forms of payment are cash, upon delivery of the product to our store, PayPal or by bank transfer.

Once you have chosen PayPal as the payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal site.

If you already have a PayPal account, you will need to authenticate with your email address and password and confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will need to proceed with a guest account or create one. Payment will be registered within a few minutes and the order placed will be processed immediately. Before proceeding with the payment you will be asked to accept the "Terms and conditions" section of PayPal. Once the payment has been made, it will be possible to click on the return button on the lyrics.it website.

You can also use PayPal to make the payment, without having a PayPal profile or being registered, but simply using your credit card or any other prepaid card.

When you choose PayPal as a payment method, a window will open in which you will be able to pay with PayPal, using your profile or, as an unregistered user, with credit, debit or prepaid cards from the most popular circuits (Visa, Mastercard or other) by clicking on the "Pay with a card" button.

In the next screen, in order to proceed with the payment, you will be asked for an email address to which the outcome of the operation can be sent.

For some time now, PayPal has offered its customers the opportunity to make a purchase by dividing the sum to be paid into three interest-free instalments. The procedure is very simple: choose PayPal as the payment method when making the online purchase, log in to your PayPal account and check the availability of the "Pay in 3 installments" option, if your profile and purchase are both suitable*, you can request payment of the fee in just a few steps. Refund following a return

If you decide to return one or more products, the value of the respective products will be credited back to your PayPal account. During the PayPal account creation procedure, it is possible to decide whether the sum is credited directly to the current account indicated.

Refund following a cancellation

The amount paid relating to the canceled items will be refunded to your PayPal account.

The payment of the purchased products and the relative shipping and insurance costs by bank transfer must be made in advance of the shipment of the goods, which will take place after the crediting of the paid amount has been verified.

After making the payment by bank transfer, it is advisable to send a copy of the bank CRO (Operation Reference Code) by email to lyrics@lyrics.it.

 The data required for payment by bank transfer are displayed during the purchase process.

Attention: For the EURO currency in Australia, Canada, South Korea, Philippines, Japan, Israel, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Singapore and the United States of America, the comma is used as the thousands separator and the period is used as the decimal separator (e.g.: 1,234,567.89).
